By accessing or using the Fenrir Consulting website at fenrirconsulting.net (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Any build engagements or services are governed by separate agreements (Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work) executed between Fenrir Consulting, LLC and the client.

Fenrir Consulting, LLC (“Fenrir,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an AI-native product studio based in Tampa Bay, Florida. We design, build, and operate software with AI at its core.

The Website provides information about our services and includes an AI-powered chat widget for answering questions. The Website does not require account creation or login.

Our website includes an AI-powered chat widget. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

• Responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and may not always be accurate
• The chat widget provides general information about our services, not professional advice
• Your messages are sent to Google's servers for processing
• Conversations are stored locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers
• You should not share sensitive, confidential, or personal information through the chat widget
• AI-generated responses do not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Fenrir Consulting, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

“Fenrir Consulting,” the Fenrir logo, and related marks are trademarks of Fenrir Consulting, LLC. “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Website
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Website without our permission
• Impersonate any person or entity in communications through the Website
• Use the chat widget to submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

When you register and pay for a workshop day at /workshop, you are buying a seat in the specific session(s) you selected, on the specific date shown at checkout. The price is shown and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Payment is processed by card through Stripe Checkout. Fenrir does not collect or store your card number; Stripe stores payment details on our behalf and Fenrir retains only the checkout/payment identifiers and the amount charged.

Refunds, transfers, and substitutes:

• Cancel before the refund window shown on the event page (typically 48 hours before your first session starts) and we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Inside that window there is no refund. You may transfer your seat to a later workshop day or name a substitute attendee.
• If Fenrir cancels or reschedules a session, you receive a full refund or a seat on the new date, your choice.
• To cancel, transfer, or substitute, reply to your confirmation email.

Prerequisites (what to bring, accounts and software to have ready) are listed on the registration page and in your confirmation email. Showing up without a working setup does not qualify for a refund under the policy above.

Photography and recording: we may take photos during a workshop day, and some sessions are recorded. When a session is recorded, its event page says so before you register, and the recording may be kept for the instructor's reference or shared later. Tell us at sign-in if you'd rather not be photographed or on camera, and we will seat you out of frame.

What you are buying: a seat in an instructor-led working session. We teach you to use the tools on your own material; we do not guarantee any particular result, and outcomes depend on your setup, participation, and the accounts and plans you bring.

Independence: Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork are products and trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Fenrir Consulting, LLC is an independent company. Workshop days are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, and your use of Anthropic's products is governed by Anthropic's own terms and pricing, which can change without notice.

Workshop day purchases are governed by Fenrir Consulting, LLC, under these Terms and the laws referenced in Governing Law below.

No Professional Advice: Information on this Website, including AI chat responses, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

No Guarantees: While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Website.

“As Is” Basis: The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fenrir Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Website shall not exceed $100 USD.
